From May 18th to 20th, leading by Ms. Jeannine, a group of experts from KfW, visited our school for appraisal.
On the afternoon of May 20th, the two sides gathered in the First Meeting Room, agreed to push forward the implementation of the project, Ms. Jeannine, on behalf of KfW and Yu Zhongmin, the president of GEU, jointly signed the memorandum of the meeting.
In the three days of credit project appraisal, the appraisal team conducted a comprehensive evaluation of our school on the project construction plan, schedule, total investment, financing and reimbursement ability, risk analysis and measures, and financial benefits examination through on-site investigation, face-to-face meetings, technology group discussion, financial group discussion. The assessment team expressed satisfaction with the early work of the school and appreciation for the arrangement and efficient work of the evaluation activities. The two sides reached a consensus and agreed to push forward the implementation of the project as soon as possible.
