Personnel Department at Gui Zhou  Education University  is responsible for drawing up and implementing employing plan, conducting personnel allocation and talents introduction, managing supernumerary personnel, salary promotion and personnel welfare, undertaking the job of assessment, appraisal, reward, punishment, education and training for personnel, setting up posts as well as assessing post titles, involving in faculty construction, external assignment and management of all personnel, archiving and managing files of professional and technical personnel, approval of retired or resigned staff and pension for the injury, disability and death among personnel.

There are three offices under the department: Personnel Office, Faculty Office and Labor Office.
