General Information

There are 22 full-time teachers in our school, 5 of them have senior professional titles, 14 have got a masters degree. In recent years, our teachers have published 30-plus papers in province- level magazines and 10 papers in core journals. We have a variety of facilities for use, such as sports human science lab, physique testing center, athletic field, football field, basketball field, badminton field and tennis field and so on. The multi-functional stadium under construction takes an area of over 10,000 ㎡, which will be available for great sports event and theatrical performances.

Physical education (undergraduate education)

Main courses: Sports Anatomy, Sports Physiology, Exercise Biochemistry, Sports Biomechanics, Physical Education Introduction, Sport Hygiene, Research Methods of Sports Science, Sports Training, School Physical Education Theory, Psychology of Physical Education, Track and Field, and courses about balls, Gymnastics and Chinese Gongfu.

Training objective: this major aims at training the senior talents with the ability of practice, who can grasp the basic theories, basic knowledge and basic skills of physical education and are capable of working in the fields of physical education, school sports management and social sports guidance.
