General Information

Aiming towards the ideal of enabling all people to achieve maximum benefit from their educational experiences, the School of Education Science of Gui Zhou  Education University seeks to serve as a key provincial discipline that shapes educational practices. The School also seeks to develop the knowledge, wisdom, and imagination of its students to enable them to take positions in efforts to improve the quality of education around Guizhou and China.

Currently, it has a total of 28 faculties, including 12 professors. Among the faculties, 11 have obtained above master degrees and 80% of them graduated from national key universities. Through the efforts of professors and specialists, education research of the school has been in the lead across the province. In the recent 5 years, the school has taken more than 10 provincial research projects. The school also attaches great importance to curriculum development. So far, one excellent course has been built and two specialized courses are under construction, laying a solid foundation for the education of high quality talents.

Up to now, there are over 500 students registered on a range of academic courses. School of Education Sciences now offers 2 undergraduate program of education science, Early Childhood Education and Applied Psychology. It also provides 1 professional training program of Early Childhood Education. The school has established a multi-level system of high quality for fostering quality education personnel. Its graduates are much welcome in all walks of life and particularly in the education field.
Undergraduate Programs:
Early Childhood Education
This program trains advanced personnel capable of undertaking pastry, teaching, research and public administration in various child education institutions, educational administration sector and educational research institutions.
Applied Psychology
This program trains advanced specialists in human resources management and assessment for personnel divisions of enterprises and public institutions.
