Requirement:

1. For PhD holders, under the age of 40, for professors, under the age of 45

2. Healthy

3. Possess high academic attainments and strong teaching, research ability, to fulfill academic responsibilities subject leaders. For the past three years, at least 2 papers have been published in the core journals (one for science and engineering majors) or one monograph has been published, or work as the host for one research of the provincial level.

4. With good moral character, upright style, team spirit and a certain degree of organization and management capabilities, having a strong sense of responsibility and hard-working spirit

5. Promise to work more than eight years for the college
