The National Fancy Rope Skipping Match ended in Dalian Sports Center on May 16th. 924 athletes of 80 teams from Shanghai,Beijing,Chongqing,Shenzhen,Tianjin,Guangdong,Sichuan,Hong Kong,Ningxia,Shanxi,Guangxi,Shandong,Jiangsu,Guizhou,Jiangxi,Liaoning,Anhui,Zhejiang,Henan and Shanxi took part in this match.

The match started on May 14th and ended on May 16th. There are 14 athletes of our university took part in this match and they are competing for 16 team competition and 10 single competition with Shenyang P.E College,Tianjin P.E College, Xinan University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Hong Kong Fancy Rope Skipping Association and some other high-level teams. Finally they got the champion of 15 competitions and the second prize of 14 competitions and the third prize of 9 competitions. Zhang Yu got the champion in the women’s competition as well as the second prize in the most important exhibition match.

 The fancy rope skipping teams in Guizhou Education University have got a lot of awards in national leagues matches and world championships in recent years and gained high attention and good reputation from other provinces. They are accepted by experts in the national demonstration school selection, the experts praised the excellent performance of our university. What’s more, they gained the honorable name as national fancy rope skipping demonstration school.
