On Aug. 18, Chen Yang, Chairman of our university and Linghu Rongfeng, Vice President had a meeting with Mr. Kong Jinxing and program officers of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office.

Firstly, Mr. Kong Jinxing expressed his gratitude for our university’s effort on Chinese Education programs. Then the program officer also introduced three main important programs 2016, namely: Training Program of Overseas Chinese Teachers, Autumn Camp and Winter Camp for overseas Chinese youngsters.

Linghu Rongfeng, Vice President of our university said in the meeting to undertake those Chinese Education Programs is a good opportunity for us to accumulate experiences. Besides, he also emphasized related departments should work together to make sure these programs operate smoothly and let the teachers and camp members learn what they want to learn.

In conclusion, Chairman Chen Yang said Chinese Education Programs serve as an innovative form and method of our university’s international exchange and communication, which is beneficial for our university’s recognition and reputation. In the future, we’ll continue to support related work of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office and make our own contribution for the development of culture, education and economy of Guizhou Province.
