Recently, Shi Lin, a professor from Guizhou Higher Research Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology of our university , published an academic paper titled Analysis on the Inheritance and Cultural Background of  Dong Folk Songs — Taking Gaoba Village of Jinping County, Guizhou Province as An Example. Professor Shi Lin is the only author of the paper, and Guizhou Higher Research Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology is the sole attribution unit.

This paper possessed important referential value for understanding the cultural background, real state inheritance and protection of Dong folk songs, and it further promoted the international exchange and cooperation of scientific research in our university.

It is reported that The Journal of Intercultural Studies is a high-end academic journal which was established by Japan Kansai International  Studies University. Meanwhile, it is one of the most influential academic journals at home and abroad, enjoying a high reputation.
