On October 15, the final of the 4th China "Internet +" university students innovation and entrepreneurship competition ended in Xiamen University. The "football master" project team selected by the School of Literature and Media of our university won the silver prize of the main track, and the "Nongqu" selected by the School of Physics and Electronic Science won the bronze prize of the youth red dream road. This is another breakthrough in this competition after our school won the third silver award in 2017.

This year, a total of 450 teams of 1,761 took part in the competition, 10 times as many as in 2017 to realize the full coverage of the college, further promote the formation of the innovative and entrepreneurial atmosphere of university students, and create a strong campus cultural environment of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation". The prize was hard-won, and all the projects were backed by a team's wisdom and day-night effort. It is reported that in order to complete the work of this competition, the college of innovation and entrepreneurship cultivate the project through special training, special explanation, targeted guidance, centralized training and other forms, and hire excellent innovation and entrepreneurship tutors to polish the project. Competition fully showed the educational achievements of our creative work, in the future, we will further optimize the college students' innovative entrepreneurial project training plan, from the talent training scheme, course system, teaching methods, independent innovation, and continuously explore new innovative undertaking practice aspects of pattern, build the innovative entrepreneurial risk-taking before others, cultural atmosphere, the implementation to promote teaching, in order to promote learning, to promote the fusion, the teaching goal.
