Department of Retired Staff consists of General Affairs Office, General Party Branch of Retired Staff,Gui Zhou  Education University  for the Elderly. Now the department has in total 4 staff members: 1 department director, 1 branch general secretary, 1 principal staff member and 1 operator.

At present, the college has 231 retired cadres and staff, with 16 cadres of provincial department level, 50 cadres of department level, 24 professors, 59 associate professors and 38 lecturers, who are enjoying services provided by the department.
