Department of Infrastructure Construction is a functional department that organizes and implements campus planning with an aim to fulfill infrastructure construction assignments under the leadership of the school Party Committee. The department is in charge of project planning, initiation, devisal, design, implementation and approval as well as construction. It is also responsible for the guaranteed reconstruction within guarantee period and the environment improvement, together with other assigned work.

The department consists of Infrastructure Construction Sector and Office.
