Labor Union of Gui Zhou  Education University (the former Guizhou Education College), was established in 1982. Xu Lijun has served as Executive Chairperson since May, 2010 and Sun Xiangwei as Deputy Chairperson since May, 2013.

The first meeting of the First Conference of Staff Representatives (Members of Labor Union)of Guizhou Normal College was held in May, 2010, where 13 representatives were elected as members of the College Committee, including Executive Chairperson, Directors and Deputy Directors of the Committee of Labor Mediation, Audit, Welfare, Female Staff, and Handling Proposals.
